Orders aren't printed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Peak seasons can add a few days.

We don't offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, at no extra cost.

How will I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

I made a mistake in my address. What now?

Email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order goes into production. We can't change an address once an order has shipped, and we're unable to cover reshipping for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

My package is lost, late or arrived damaged.

Sorry about that. Email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll make it right.

Tracking says delivered, but I can't find it.

Check around your door, mailbox and with neighbors, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a little early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
