Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $4.95 on U.S. orders under $75
- Free shipping: on orders of $75 or more
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing and delivery times
Every item is printed to order just for you. Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, then 3–7 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.
We don't offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.
Multiple items
If your order contains more than one item, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You won't be charged extra shipping if this happens.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@ptoutdoorclub.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we'll do our best to update it before your order goes into production. We're unable to cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
