Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free of charge.

How to start a return

Email us at support@ptoutdoorclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Within 24 hours, we'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label, and drop the package off with the carrier.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without a return label may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Order cancellations

Each item is printed to order, so production begins shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. If it has already started, you can still return the item once it arrives under our 30-day guarantee.
