30-Day Returns
Love it, or send it back. If your shirt isn't your new favorite, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No hoops, no hard feelings. 🌲
How it works
- Send us an email. Reach out to support@ptoutdoorclub.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- Get your free return label. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Drop it off. Pack up the shirt, stick on the label, and send it on its way.
- Get your full refund. Once your return arrives, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
The fine print
- Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is on us.
- Final sale items aren't eligible for return.
- Once your refund is processed, your bank may take a few business days to post it.
